Terms of Use

1. Who we are

EarnTrek is operated by BuscaFreelas, CNPJ 65.962.125/0001-48, based in Goiânia, Goiás, Brasil. Contact: support@earntrek.com.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
• Use an e-mail address of your own and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give true information when you sign up and in survey profiles.

3. How surveys work

Surveys are offered by market research partners, such as CPX Research. Each survey has its own criteria: if you do not match, it may end early, without a reward.

The reward is credited only after the partner confirms completion. EarnTrek does not guarantee the number, frequency or value of surveys, and earnings vary from person to person.

4. Coins and balance

• Your balance is shown in Coins: 100 Coins are worth US$ 1.
• Coins cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged outside EarnTrek.
• If a partner reverses a reward (for example, because of inconsistent answers or fraud), the amount is debited from your balance. If the balance becomes negative, it is offset against future rewards.

5. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is US$ 5 and it takes the whole available balance.
• PayPal: paid in US dollars to the e-mail you provide.
• Pix: paid in Brazilian reais to the key you provide, converted at the commercial US dollar rate on the payment day, with no EarnTrek fee.
• Requests are reviewed before payment. We may ask you to confirm your identity or the destination.
• Check the destination before you confirm: payments sent to a wrong e-mail or key cannot be undone.
• If a request is rejected, the amount returns to your balance.
• Fees charged by PayPal or your bank, if any, and taxes on what you receive are your responsibility.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Creating more than one account or using someone else’s account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, bots, scripts or any means to bypass location or automate answers.
• Answering randomly, falsely or inconsistently.
• Trying to exploit flaws in the site or the partners.

In these cases we may suspend or close the account, reject pending withdrawals and cancel any balance obtained irregularly.

7. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time at support@earntrek.com. If you have US$ 5 or more, you can withdraw it first.

8. Liability

EarnTrek is provided as is. We are not liable for the unavailability of survey partners or payment methods, nor for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection law guarantees you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date of the current version is at the top of the page, and relevant changes are announced on the site or by e-mail.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia/GO are chosen, except where the law guarantees you the courts of your place of residence.
