Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data EarnTrek collects, why, who it is shared with and how you exercise your rights, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR.

1. Controller and contact

BuscaFreelas, CNPJ 65.962.125/0001-48, Goiânia, Goiás, Brasil. Data protection officer (DPO): support@earntrek.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: e-mail, password (stored only as a hash, never as text), language and the dates you signed up and confirmed your e-mail.
  • Activity: rewards received, reversals and withdrawals, with date and amount.
  • Withdrawals: PayPal e-mail or Pix key, which may be a CPF, a phone number or an e-mail.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and to limit attempts.

We do not ask for documents or sensitive data. Survey answers stay with the partner that runs the survey, not with EarnTrek.

3. What we use it for

  • Creating and keeping your account and balance (performance of contract).
  • Paying your withdrawals (performance of contract).
  • Sending confirmation, password reset and account e-mails (performance of contract).
  • Preventing fraud and protecting the site (legitimate interest).
  • Meeting legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

  • CPX Research, our survey partner: receives an internal identifier of your account to show surveys and confirm rewards. When you answer a survey, its privacy policy also applies to you.
  • PayPal and Pix institutions: receive the destination and amount of each withdrawal.
  • Infrastructure providers (server and e-mail delivery), only to run the service.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Partners such as CPX Research and PayPal may process data outside Brazil, following their own data protection rules.

5. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: one for your session, to keep you signed in, and one for your language. We do not use advertising cookies. The survey wall is loaded by CPX Research, which may use its own cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. After it is closed, we keep only the records of rewards and withdrawals for the period required by law (up to 5 years) and delete the rest. Access logs are kept for 6 months, as Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework requires.

7. Your rights

  • Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
  • Correct incomplete or wrong data.
  • Ask for your account and data to be deleted, subject to legal retention periods.
  • Ask for data portability and to know who your data is shared with.
  • Object to processing and withdraw consent.

To exercise any of them, write to support@earntrek.com from the e-mail of your account. You can also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or to your local authority.

8. Security

Passwords hashed with scrypt, HTTPS on every page, sessions stored only as hashes and restricted access to withdrawal data. No system is completely secure: if a relevant incident happens, we will notify you and the authorities.

9. Minors

EarnTrek is only for people aged 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it will be closed.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date of the current version is at the top of the page, and relevant changes are announced on the site or by e-mail.
