Is every survey rewarded?
Only surveys you complete and that the research company confirms. Some end early because they are looking for another profile. That is why earnings vary from person to person and are not a guaranteed income.
How do withdrawals work?
From US$ 5 of balance you can withdraw in your wallet, by PayPal (in US dollars) or Pix (in Brazilian reais, at the commercial US dollar rate on the payment day). The whole available balance is withdrawn and you follow the status on the dashboard. Your balance is shown in Coins: 100 Coins are worth US$ 1.
Why do I sometimes not qualify?
Each survey looks for a specific profile, such as age, country or habits. If you do not match, the survey ends early. That is normal, and new surveys keep coming.
Why are there no surveys for me?
It depends on your country, your profile and the criteria of each survey. New surveys arrive throughout the day, so come back later and try again.
